This demo
of DepthCon2000
has been adapted to run with a set of
three
demonstration examples, prepared to show the capability and mode
of use of the program. You may install the Software on a hard disk including a
network file server or other storage device at any location you choose. You may
make backup copies of the Software.
- Copyright and Ownership.
The Software is owned by Digital Geology and its suppliers. The Copyright is
owned and licensed by Digital Geology, excepting certain portions which are the
copyright of D. C Abensour and are distributed under license by Digital Geology.
The code is a trade secret of Digital Geology and its suppliers.
The Software is protected by United Kingdom Copyright Law and International
Treaty provisions, and all rights are reserved. Downloading the demo does not
grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.
- Restrictions.
You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
You may not alter or modify the program, and it may not be used for teaching
purposes.
- Limitation of
Liability.
Neither Digital Geology nor its suppliers accept any liability for any kind
of damages or losses which might result directly or indirectly in connection
with your use of the Software.
- Warranty.
Digital Geology warrants that your use of the Software demonstration does not
infringe any copyright or proprietary interest of any third party. All other
warranties are excluded.
